Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues often 2 days per week in one of our offices.

You and Your Team:
As a Social Impact Programme Manager, you will report into the Head of Sustainability. In this role you will lead the Vanquis Banking Group Social Impact Programme Education workstream, in support of its broader strategy and purpose and helping address material issues affecting our customers, colleagues and communities.
In your day-to-day role, as a Social Impact Programme Manager you will:
* Support the definition and lead the execution of the company’s social impact programme education workstream.
* Manage budget and associated project deliverables.
* When required, support the Head of Corporate Responsibility on other community work stream activities.
* Seek out opportunities to collaborate and engage with appropriate industry and third sector organisations to support the delivery of the social impact programme and its outcomes.
* Assist with the development and implementation of group-wide strategies and policies, which focus on responsible business best practices, particularly those that relate to education and community investment.
* Build a strong internal network across the company to deliver projects smoothly and effectively.
What will make you stand out?
* Experienced, individual contributor with significant experience of community investment in a FTSE-listed company.
* Experience of spearheading new initiatives, writing business cases, budget planning and gaining senior sponsorship.
* Strong project management, communication, written, and presentation skills.
* Assertive with the ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to issues raised or work required.
* Good relationship-building skills in order to motivate key personnel in the Group’s businesses to generate the requested data within the required timescales.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, providing leadership and guidance.
* Comfortable working within a rapidly changing environment and dealing positively with ambiguity.
