📍 Location: Oxford Circus - Hybrid

We’re working with a fast-growing challenger drinks brand shaking up the carbonate category. Think kombucha that actually tastes amazing and prebiotic soda that feels like your favourite soft drink—but without the junk. Gut health has never looked (or tasted) so good.
With listings in Tesco, Selfridges, Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Ocado, Waitrose, Amazon, and more—the brand’s footprint is expanding fast, and they need a brilliant National Account Executive to help keep the momentum going.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 New Business Hunting:
* You’ll be hitting the streets, mapping field sales routes, and introducing the brand to new cafes, delis, and independent stores.
* Proactively identifying and reaching out to new key accounts across foodservice, QSR, and more.
* Leading on sales pitches, product drops, and getting the brand into new doors.
🤝 Account Management & Growth:
* Visiting existing customers, strengthening relationships, and finding ways to grow our footprint.
* Running samplings in offices, cafes, and stores—spreading the gut-health gospel with energy and passion.
* Managing key wholesale accounts (think Brakes, DDC, Delicious Ideas) and ensuring top-notch service, support, and growth.
🙌 Who You Are
* You’ve got some solid experience (around 1 year) in FMCG sales and you’re hungry to learn more.
* You’re a natural people-person—bubbly, proactive, and full of positive energy.
* You’re excited by the idea of being on the ground, meeting people, sampling product, and making things happen.
* Passionate about gut health or healthy soft drinks? Even better.
* You know how to manage your time, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
* You want to be part of a team that works hard, laughs a lot, and genuinely cares about what they’re building.
