We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide front line clerical support in a secondary school. You will be responsible for:
providing clerical support to a Guidance Link.
updating SEEMiS with attendance / wellbeing information.
reception duties.
ordering for departments.
printing.
banking.
As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Admin Coordinator / Business Manager
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O Grades).
