This is a Permanent role and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a local Company who are international Market leaders within their sector. Working Hours: 08.30 - 17.30, Monday to Friday Job Role: The key role of the Credit Controller / Customer Account Manager is to manage the day to day Credit and post-sale Customer Relationship within this company. This is a role that requires excellent relationship building, a high level of commercial awareness and a proven track record in Credit or Customer Management. The successful candidate will manage up to 750 commercial accounts and up to 1,000 Direct Debit accounts. The person will autonomously manage the whole customer relationship end to end, including query/dispute management and timely collection of due balances. Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B Credit Control environment 5 GCSEs with Maths & English A-C grades Excellent administrative and customer service skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Desired Criteria Proven track record in making commercially minded credit decisions Previous experience in visiting customers off-site would be advantageous Membership of a professional body (ACP/ICM/IACP)preferred For further information on this role, please contact Kevin on or forward your CV using the link below.
