Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on professional indemnity and insurance sales.
2. Conduct software demonstrations and deliver training to clients and prospects.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact to maximise revenue.
4. Stay informed of industry developments, compliance updates, and insurance trends relevant to contractors and freelancers.
5. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
6. Manage inbound enquiries efficiently, ensuring conversion opportunities are maximised.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and review sales initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in an account management or revenue-driven role.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proactive, tenacious, and skilled at overcoming challenges.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
5. Passionate, ambitious, and eager to make an impact.
