As one of our Phlebotomists, you will carry out visits, collecting and transporting blood samples while providing accurate reports and event notes. Your attention to detail and ability to refer pertinent information to your supervisor will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. We expect our Phlebotomists to uphold professionalism at all times as the face of our organization. This includes maintaining professional conduct in dress, conversation, privacy, and safety. As you'll be working outside of a hospital setting and may need to visit multiple sites or patients, having your own reliable transport and feeling comfortable performing blood draws at patients' homes is ideal. Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements: - Phlebotomist, Health Care Assistant, or Nurse with up-to-date phlebotomy skills - Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with basic software programs - Must have their own reliable transport and a full UK driving license - Based within a reasonable travel distance to one of the above locations In return, we offer a generous hourly rate, with mileage reimbursed at the prevailing HMRC rate.
