Salary: FTE £28,500 - £30,500 (Actual £24,482 - £26,200)

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team and make a lasting difference in the lives of our students. You will play a vital role in ensuring that each child receives the support they need to achieve their potential and overcome challenges along the way.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with teaching staff to assess and assist targeted pupils, developing and implementing personalised action plans.
2. Provide one-on-one guidance in lessons, offering tailored assistance to help each pupil excel.
3. Engage with parents and external agencies to address attendance, behaviour, and academic challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to every pupil’s success.
4. Track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of action plans, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Facilitate reintegration of pupils who have been suspended, fostering partnerships with organisations that provide additional resources and opportunities.
6. Oversee alternative provision arrangements, maintain precise pupil data, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen family involvement and community support.
7. Be an active part of the team that ensures a positive and calm climate for learning by providing a visible presence throughout the school day, responding to and dealing with issues as they arise.
