Franchise Sales & Growth Lead - North Head Office - Wonderfield Group Contract: Full Time
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
The Franchise Sales and Growth Lead will be responsible for developing, delivering and managing support and training to help new and existing franchisees understand the sales process, operational excellence and the core values of our brand.
The Franchise Sales and Growth Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the franchisees and their teams are well equipped to drive revenue growth, uphold brand standards and maintain high quality service in the kiosk operations.
* Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas for improvement to drive sales
* Provide on-site coaching and sales support and training to Franchisees and their teams on presentation, customer interaction and engagement whilst adhering to standard operating procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of training interventions.
* Offer feedback and recommendations to the Head of Openings and Franchisee Training Manager on the development needs of Franchisees.
* Work alongside the L&D team to develop and update training materials based on best practices and feedback from Franchisees.
* Maintain accurate records of training and support activities and outcomes.
* Collaborate with other Franchisee Coaches and the Operations Team to share best practices and insights.
* Support the induction and orientation of new Franchisees and their teams.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sushi and Asian-inspired foods.
* Uphold and promote the values and vision of our brand.
* Improvement in sales performance within individual franchise locations and across the network
* Positive feedback from Franchisees, their teams, and customers on the coaching and training provided.
* Improvement in sales techniques and strategies as a result of the Sales and Growth Lead ability to adapt and enhance franchisee capabilities
* Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with franchise and corporate teams working in kiosks.
* Experience working with franchise sales in the food industry
* Flexibility to travel across the UK, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
