Interim Finance Operations Lead for an initial 4-month period with our well-known Glasgow based client. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day financial operations for this complex business including Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end reporting Maintain and improve financial controls, processes and systems ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations Oversee cashflow management, forecasting and treasury Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the business Manage, mentor and develop the finance operations team Ensure that payroll is processed accurately in accordance with the month end timetable Prepare reports for Board meetings Management of projects to support the Finance Director To apply you will be fully qualified and experienced in a senior finance role. You will have good knowledge of UK financial legislation, tax laws, and compliance requirements and have a track record of strategic planning, financial analysis, and team leadership. Salary: £70,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
