Role Description
This is a full-time Office Administrator role at SoMax Finance Ltd. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with clients and team members, providing excellent customer service, and overall office administration. The role will be based in our Westbury on Trym office in the City Of Bristol with some flexibility for work from home.
Qualifications
* Leadership Team Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
* Proficiency in using office equipment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
* Experience in a similar role is a plus
* Knowledge of finance software is beneficial
* Solid Education and Qualifications or equivalent; additional work related qualifications are a plus
