Purpose:
To accelerate the growth and relevancy for the Kenwood brand by igniting new product development and exciting marketing communications, increasing traction and market share for Kenwood in existing and new categories.
A high-profile role, leading NPD and Marketing Communications teams and collaborating across the Group, with Commercial Teams, eCommerce, Design, R&D, Program Managers, Quality to improved brand/category P&L performance, of which he/she has co-responsibility on some KPI’s. As the ambassador of Kenwood, this senior leader will inspire internal and external stakeholders and oversee strategy, market positioning and communication plans.
