Iris Care Group has an exciting new opportunity for (a) Grounds Maintenance Officer to join our Estates teams in South Wales.

What will you receive?
4. Annual salary of £27,000

Role Responsibilities
Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.
14. Grounds maintenance skills – Cutting, tree works. Planting knowledge.
15. Competent in carrying out lone working and in a team.
16. Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
17. Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
Role Requirements
18. Full UK driving licence is essential
19. Previous experience in a similar role – (essential)
20. Grounds maintenance: 2 years (essential)
21. Ability to work to deadlines.
22. Good organisational skills.
23. Work well as part of a team and alone.
