About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager for our retirement development in Gillingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management and lead on the development of new homes and communities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in development management, preferably within the housing or property sector. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, and other external partners. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple development projects from inception to completion
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, construction managers, and designers
* Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
* Monitor budgets and expenditure to ensure financial efficiency
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
What You'll Need:
* A degree in a related field, such as business, law, or architecture
* Minimum 2 years' experience in development management, preferably within the housing or property sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A keen eye for detail and analytical skills
