Outbound Sales Development Representative - Digital Marketing Agency

Basic: 25K + Uncapped Commission, OTE c36K
37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Cold Calling: Engage in high-volume cold calling to connect with businesses and introduce them to our industry-leading digital marketing services.
* Client Acquisition: Drive new business by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into clients.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
* Calendar & CRM Management: Maintain and manage calendars, CRM systems, and email communication to ensure a smooth sales process and follow-up.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to maximize results.
Required Skills:
* Confident Communicator: You can engage and persuade business owners and decision-makers confidently.
