PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing and distribution company based in Walsall with the appointment of a Interim HR Advisor to join for a 6 months interim contract.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 home per week.
Job Description
The role of Interim HR Advisor will be working as part of a small HR team, reporting to a HR Director. This is a varied and generalist role, supporting with both operational and strategic HR matters.
This will include but not be limited to:
* Provide expert advice on all employee relations casework
* Coaching and mentoring line managers to deal with people matters
* Mediate and resolve conflict
* Mentor and support development of junior members of staff in the HR team
* Deputise for the HR management/leadership where needed, attending SLT meetings etc.
* Support with recruitment and onboarding
* Manage HR projects and initiatives
* Support the HR Director to embed the people strategy
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will have a proven HR generalist background and be comfortable dealing with both operational and strategic matters.
The role is mostly based in Walsall but some travel is required depending on business needs.
Ideally, you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or 7.
You will be able to start at short notice and commit to a 6 month interim assignment.
What's on Offer
Circa £40-54,000
Car Allowance circa £6,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 at home per week.
