We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to join our team on an initial temporary contract for 4 weeks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in various computer applications. This is a time sensitive position that will see you travel to our offices twice a week (own transport is essential)
Duties
Accurately enter and update data into computerised databases and systems.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection regulations.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.Qualifications
A recent Graduate in a data related field or previous data experience is prefered
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
