invite you to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at our dynamic schools in the LS1 area catering to children. This Full time position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of students in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of children.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Assist with classroom preparation and organization, including setting up materials and resources for lessons.
- Supervise students during break times and assist with lunchtime activities as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
- Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
