Our client, a large and successful company based in Binley, is looking for a Legal PA / Administrator to join their legal team. This role would suit someone with experience in the legal field and strong administrative skills, perhaps a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant.
The key responsibilities for a Legal PA / Administrator:
1. Providing administrative and secretarial support to a team of 5 in the legal department.
2. Managing meetings and travel plans.
3. Maintaining office systems and filing.
4. Completing monthly expenses and processing invoices.
5. Handling legal correspondence.
The minimum requirements for the Legal PA / Administrator:
1. Excellent experience in an involved administrative role.
2. Excellent IT skills - MS Office and internal systems.
3. Ideally someone with a background in Law / Legal.
4. Great and positive attitude toward work and learning.
5. Willing to assist in all areas of the team.
The ideal candidate for the Legal PA / Administrator:
1. Experience with property / property law.
2. SAP experience would be advantageous.
3. Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
