This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, experienced in handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing client accounts, and coordinating with various departments. Day-to-day of the role: Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer queries and orders efficiently. Maintain and manage current accounts and client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee order management processes from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise with various departments including production, sales, and external logistics to coordinate order details and delivery schedules. Utilise Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage client data, and maintain accurate records. Address and resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions and ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food production industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexibly within the set hours and adapt to changing business needs. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
