ECO Submissions Coordinator – Overview
We have an opportunity for an ECO Submissions Coordinator to join a Renewable Energy company in the Oxfordshire area. They have been operating since 2016 and have grown to become one of the UK’s most established and effective suppliers, installers, and service providers for Heat Pumps throughout the UK (they were third on the list of Heat Pumps installed in 2024).
They are experts in installing and servicing ASHP, GSHP, UFH, and other heating systems. They also act as an accredited supplier for multiple heat pump manufacturers and have built an installer network nationwide for which they provide the structure for heating companies to diversify into heat pump installation. They provide other businesses with the design for each installation, supply them the units and materials, and they then send their Engineers along to commission, snag, and sign off the system, taking care of all of the MCS paperwork as well. Traditionally they have always worked in the Able-to-Pay or private domestic market; however, they have been offered the opportunity to become a Main Contractor through a managing partner and they are now looking for a Coordinator with plenty of experience in submissions to join the team.
They need a Coordinator with experience compiling the paperwork and evidence for ECO projects, ensuring full compliance with the scheme requirements and making sure the jobs are watertight prior to submission. This role would be one of the key foundation blocks for the ECO division and offers a genuine opportunity to make a massive difference in this company's next phase of growth. As the division grows, so will your position within the company. They previously had a coordinator join them in 2020, who has now progressed to become one of the Senior Managers within the company, and you can too. As demand increases, they will be looking to grow a team around you.
They are all about progression and the company has an extremely positive culture, with their staff retention being at 95% since their conception. The original 10 members of the team are still with the business and over the last 7 years, they have grown the business to 50 staff and a turnover of £10million.
This role would be based from their offices in Carterton; however, they can offer a hybrid working arrangement so you wouldn’t have to be in every day.
