Sales Support Administrator - Remote Working
Location: Remote (Home-based, Watford area)
Salary: £25k FTE + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a home-based role, on a part-time or full-time basis with an established leader in packaging protection solutions? Based near Watford, this is an excellent opportunity to join a small, dedicated team at a dynamic, technology-focused company with over 20 years of industry success. The company is highly regarded in the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. As a Sales Administrator, you’ll handle customer orders, supplier quotes, and stock maintenance, with full support and equipment provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process and manage customer sales orders, from issuing quotes to tracking deliveries
2. Handle supplier purchase orders, including obtaining quotations and placing orders
3. Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor reorder points
4. Participate in internal quality auditing as per ISO9001 standards
5. Support general administrative tasks and provide customer support over the phone
What Experience is Required
1. Proven experience in a similar administrative role with a focus on sales or supplier coordination
2. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Workbooks) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams
3. Previous experience working remotely and managing own workload effectively
