Role Overview:
A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Recruitment & DEI Advisor to join the London office of a global law firm. This exciting role is perfect for someone either with a recruitment background interested in DEI, or a keen eye for data, who is passionate about fostering inclusion within a dynamic team. Working closely with senior HR and DEI leaders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations and DEI initiatives across the London office and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills to this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide recruitment and DEI support, collaborating with HR, DEI and Recruitment professionals.
* Manage data requests, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to inform key initiatives.
* Organize and support DEI events, liaising with affinity groups and external vendors.
Experience & Skills:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a recruitment or advisor role within a law firm, with a commercial mindset and awareness of market trends.
* Technical Skills: Strong Excel and data management skills. Skilled in presenting complex data in clear, accessible formats for various stakeholders.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently and with sensitivity. Cross-cultural awareness
