Your new company
Your new company is a global and well-established hotel company. You will be leading a team of three credit controllers.
Your new role
* Advise the Head Office on all overdue cases and coordinate with them to resolve any queries.
* Identify any process issues impacting timely collection.
* Ensure overdue payments comply with KPIs.
* Manage a team of 4 credit controllers.
* Review and approve customer credit applications.
* Ensure queries and reporting requirements are resolved in a timely manner.
* Participate in SAP AR implementation and other AR-related systems.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Significant experience in credit management within the hotel industry.
* People management experience ideally within a global business, keeping them on task and hitting set targets.
* 7 years’ experience in credit control.
* Ability to communicate and build relationships with business stakeholders.
* Brilliant communication skills on the phone and via email.
