Our prestigious client are a specialist within Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. They have recently won a number of groundworks packages and are now looking to strengthen their Engineering Team.

As they expand their East Midlands engineering team, they are seeking a talented Site Engineer to contribute to their growth and success.
The Role:
As a Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our civil engineering and groundworks projects. Based in Newark, you will leverage the latest technology and equipment, supporting site operations and driving project quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform precise setting out and surveying for various civil engineering and groundworks projects.
* Ensure that work adheres to project specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.
* Oversee site progress, quality control, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure seamless site operations.
* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built drawings.
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to uphold quality standards.
* Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Implement innovative solutions and best practices in site engineering processes.[
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the civil engineering and groundworks sector.
* Proficiency in setting out, surveying, and using relevant instruments and software.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
