You'll deliver an efficient cleaning service within our care homes and workspaces situated within the village of Enham Alamein. You will ensure defined areas are maintained to a clean and hygienic state, such as to add to the comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment of the residents. Cleaning will be carried out in line with infection control policies and will include workspaces, communal spaces, residents’ rooms and associated spaces. Shift pattern is Monday - Friday 2.00pm - 6.00pm You will be working alongside supported employees, assisting in their on the job training and progression. There is a requirement to carry out deeper cleans as per the schedule which will require the use of specialised equipment including an industrial steam cleaner and floor maintainer. You will also be driving company vehicles to access the various residential and works spaces, so will need full clean driving licence for this role. You will have the ability to follow instructions, follow good health and safety practice and be able to work independently as well as in a small team. You will be expected to practice some basic record keeping as part of your role. You will also be required to work flexibly including some potential holiday and sickness cover in other areas of the site that require cleaning.
