We are looking for an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our busy Manchester Office.
The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial Insurance Account Handling experience; however, full Jewellers Block training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Successfully deal with new business enquiries and insurance renewals and provide a first-class service to clients by fulfilling their insurance requirements.
2. Provide support and technical assistance to Account Executive and other staff within the Company.
3. Handle day-to-day queries from clients and act as point of contact, building and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers, and other staff within the Company.
4. Provide insurers and underwriters with accurate information to ensure they can assess each risk correctly.
5. Liaise with colleagues to share information about the current insurance marketplace and assist them with any insurance queries.
This role is 35 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9.00-5.00.
