Community Integrated Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Centre Responder. This role involves responding to people's needs and providing safe, positive support in all aspects of daily living. Your goal will be to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs according to their support plans, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations as independently as possible. You'll also use technology to give the people we support more choice and control over their lives.
This role is based in Knowsley so you will need to be located close to this area. We are currently looking for Night Staff who will work 12 hour shifts from 7pm - 7am.
Requirements
11. Full UK Driving Licence
12. Access to a motor car
13. Level 2 Diploma in Care or Relevant Experience
Experience
14. Working in a health or social care setting
15. Supporting individuals with behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life
16. Collaborating with MDT teams and participating in complex case reviews
17. Working independently
18. Providing person-centered support
19. Working in compliance with CQC/CI regulations and inspection processes
