As the DEI Manager, you will be a key driver in enhancing employee experience and shaping Ideagen's identity as an inclusive and innovative organisation. - Lead DEI Initiatives: Chair the DEI Steering Group to align and guide the company’s DEI vision and objectives. - Strategic Analysis and Advice: Provide expert analysis on the inclusivity of our people practises and offer strategic advice to enhance diversity across the organisation. - Diversity Assessments: Conduct thorough diversity assessments to evaluate and improve organisational practises and processes. - Network Creation: Establish and nurture diversity networks to ensure all voices are heard and represented within Ideagen. - Support Underrepresented Groups: Develop and implement positive action initiatives to support and empower underrepresented groups within the company. - Coaching and Development: Coach and upskill managers and employees on the importance and benefits of diversity, fostering a culture of learning and inclusivity. - Diversity Analytics: Create and utilise diversity analytics to track performance and compliance with legislative requirements. - Proven track record of executing DEI projects in a corporate environment. - Strong project management and people management skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. - Experience in organising or supporting diversity-promoting events. - Strategic and commercial insight with a focus on practical implementation. - Robust analytical skills to interpret diversity data and drive informed decisions. - Excellent networking skills with established external connections. - Global mindset with an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.
