People Business Partner – £44,935 – Dartford (Multi-Site Role)Hybrid Working33 Days Holiday Bank Holiday We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join a well-established organisation based in Dartford. This is a key role within the People team, providing expert HR support across multiple sites, including Gravesend, Hadlow, and Tonbridge. The Role: Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. Lead on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development. Support managers with absence management, flexible working, and occupational health processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance People services. The Candidate: Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 desirable). Proven HR experience in a business partnering role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience handling complex ER cases and workforce planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel between sites as required.
