We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurance Company based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a Fraud Handler. Key Responsibilities: Review claims against fraud indicators, highlighting and carrying out investigations. Manage suspected fraud claims including all aspects of a third party claim from notification through to conclusion. Provide excellent claims handling. Accurately value injury claims. Compile fraud statistic reports. Ensure quality, service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard. Work closely with legal experts to evolve fraud tactics. Previous Skills & Experience Knowledge of fraud indicators. Understanding of Small, Multi and Fast track litigation process including MOJ. In-depth awareness of fraud tactics (identification, validation and handling). Proficient in investigating and negotiating liability disputes. Excellent written and verbal communication.
