Dalton Recruitment is looking for a highly capable and confident HR Data Analyst with specific skills across Reward & Compensation to join a hugely successful support services organisation supporting and delivering all the annual reward, compensation and benefits cycles.
This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £55,000 + 10% bonus + benefits but candidates must be able and prepared to work from the client’s Basingstoke HQ for 4 days week with one day working from home.
Experience manipulating, analysing and reporting on large sets of compensation & reward data is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong data analyst with experience in Reward and ideally an understanding of data relating to HR across its systems and processes; spotting trends and patterns and developing improvements; you will be generating reports and MI relating to reward and compensation which can be used to allow the business to achieve its plans.
* Skills and Experience Required to be Considered:
1. Reward and/or MI experience
2. Familiarity with a variety of reward concepts, practises and procedures
3. Experience of working with IT systems and Data Management
4. Excellent numeric skills.
5. Experience of Talent soft would be an advantage.
