Tūn Brewing Company Ltd is an ambitious, independent craft brewery that brings bold, modern beers to the UK’s evolving drinks scene. Since launching in 2024, we’ve earned a reputation for exceptional flavour, innovation, and character, producing vegan, gluten-free, small-batch beers that reflect the tastes of today’s drinkers.
As we expand our footprint across the North West, we are actively seeking a driven sales agent to represent our brand and spearhead our B2B growth in this dynamic region. This role is for a sales account manager employed on a commission-only and self-employed basis.
You will be representing Tūn’s core lineup of premium craft beers, which currently includes:
* Archetype – A bold, modern English IPA
* Lemondrop – A refreshing Czech-style pilsner with a citrus twist
* Gem State of Mind – A juicy, tropical New England IPA
We will be expanding our product line up in the coming months. Our beers are sold in cans, casks and kegs. While Tūn also sells direct to consumers, this sales role is focused on the B2B market, driving growth through trade platforms like Sellar and Eebria Trade, and direct relationships with hospitality and retail accounts.
This role centres on Greater Manchester and surrounding areas in the North West of England, targeting:
* Independent pubs and bars
* Bottle shops and off-licences
* Restaurants and casual dining venues
* Specialist hospitality businesses interested in craft offerings
You’ll play a key role in introducing Tūn beers to new venues while deepening relationships with existing customers.
This role is perfect for a sales professional who wants freedom and flexibility in how they work, alongside high earning potential based on performance. You’ll be supported with leads and marketing assets, but you’ll also be expected to generate new opportunities and manage your pipeline effectively in our CRM.

Essential requirements:
* A background in B2B sales, ideally within craft beer, food & drink, or hospitality
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
* A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong time management and self-motivation
* The industry still relies heavily on face-to-face visits, and therefore, you should be comfortable leading sales meetings in person and travelling within the region
Desired
* Full driving license and own car, as this role will require significant amounts of travel
* Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Zoho One is a strong plus
