You will be responsible for the implementation of Welsh Government’s Renewal and Upgrade programme through the commissioning of design services and managed works ensuring all prescribed policies and procedures are applied in accordance with both Welsh Governments and SWTRA’s requirements. To liaise with the Welsh Government and act as the Agent’s technical lead on highway related issues. To directly manage the Highways Capital Projects Delivery Teams, including allocation of briefs / PIDs and work packages, programme development and project administration to ensure delivery of the Capital Works programme to prescribed deadlines across the South Wales Trunk Road Agent Area To have overall responsibility for the Capital Delivery Team to provide high quality Services for the Welsh Government to enable them to fulfil their statutory duties
This position is based at The Quays, Baglan (Neath Port Talbot) Hybrid Working – minimum 2 office days
Welsh Language skills are not required.
