Job summary The post is to support the Healthy Family Team in the delivery of a universal and targeted 0-19 Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme. This will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities. Working proactively using a partnership approach to promote health and contribute to tackling health inequalities within the level of competencies required for the post. Willingness to undertake breast feeding training and support feeding groups as required.
