About This Opportunity
As the Learning, Development and Training (LDT) Coordinator, you will:
1. Coordinate end to end program delivery by managing the budget, allocating trainers, preparing materials, and processing enrolments.
2. Design and maintain training activities from start (needs analysis) to finish (evaluation).
3. Maintain training data and develop metrics to provide insights and inform decision making.
4. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement policies, processes, and promotional activities to support training enrolments.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term opportunity and we are open to candidates who may wish to work from any Noah's Ark location.
