We are a well-established and successful Telecommunications provider looking for a Business Account Manager to join our Stockport team to help retain and grow our client base. We offer a wide range of solutions and products, with a predominant focus on UCAAS, CCAAS, and IOT to SMEs.
Position Overview
Account Manager / Business Development - 70/30 split of Account Management and New Business.
Commutable distance to Stockport.
Salary: £40,000 depending on experience + Uncapped OTE.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Birthday Off, Company Pension Scheme, Free Parking, and Car allowance of £4800.
Responsibilities
1. Managing our existing portfolio of accounts (around 150) focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
2. Identifying new business opportunities (bringing on board new customers and finding new business in existing accounts).
3. Working towards monthly sales targets.
4. Organising appointments and managing your pipeline for new and existing customers.
5. Selling the full range of services to customers accordingly.
6. Carrying out End User demonstrations.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Experience in confidently selling Cloud Based Services and Solutions, Mobile Telephony, and IT Services.
2. Confident in generating and calling out new business clients at senior levels.
3. Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and retaining accounts within the Telecoms industry.
4. Good knowledge of the products and services we offer and solution selling.
5. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
