Project Coordinator Part-time 20 hours per week.

What you will do:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project activities, providing support by assisting with the planning of resources/projects, scheduling meetings, and creating reports. They will interface mostly with Bulletproof management but also with clients. This position requires a person who is able to multitask on multiple projects and who desires to raise the bar in terms of quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple projects concurrently.
2. Create a work plan that includes a schedule with dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues.
3. Create internal work plans for project participants and client-facing planning documentation, including Rules of Engagement documents.
4. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as defined for a project.
5. Schedule and administer ongoing meetings.
6. Take meeting minutes.
7. Set up project codes and SharePoint sites.
8. Maintain SharePoint sites and internal information repositories.
9. Develop, enhance, and organize process assets (templates for schedules, agendas, budgets, checklists, etc.).
10. Take a proactive approach to improving our processes by researching ways to automate these processes.
11. Work with other stakeholders at Bulletproof to share leading practices, lessons learned, etc.
12. Communicate both orally and in writing with team members as well as internal management teams.
13. Track project hours and assigned resources.
14. Provide accurate and timely status reports to leadership.
15. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work performed.
16. Meet critical deadlines.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education or Credentials:
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject area or equivalent experience.
* Minimum three years project management experience.
* CAPM, PMP or PRINCE 2 certification is considered an asset.
