Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
Skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite for document management
- Strong typing skills to input data accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette with effective communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
