Regional Cleaning Manager (North) Job ID 185113 Posted 19-Sep-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Manchester - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Job Title: Cleaning Regional Manager (John Lewis Partnership) Location: North/ South Sector Line Managers Title: Head of Services Job Purpose: Providing vendor management of cleaning services across the John Lewis Partnership RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop relationships with the Cleaning vendor management team, working alongside the rest of the operational team to ensure all communication and performance is consistent and measured. - Ensure standards are delivered in line with the cleaning specification relevant to the site. - Vendor management responsibility & support in contingency planning for absences and long term vacancies. - Being responsive to any escalated cleaning issues and formulating a plan for improvement where necessary. - Attend site meetings as and when required. - Finding innovation and continuous improvement to deliver value and operational efficiencies. - Supporting the delivery of soft services ( what's meant by soft services ) KPI commitments for the contract. - Share best practice across account and wider CBRE, taking part in lunch and learn sessions to share knowledge. - Attend monthly meetings and provide support for the operations ( what does this entail / mean ) where required. - Use the analysis from BI trends to support strategy management for the services delivered. - Review and analyse EW ( what does that stand for ) to maintain comprehensive knowledge of supply base and contract status and identify value improvement opportunities by reducing costs or improving service delivery. Accountabilities · Reporting to the Head of Services (JLP Account). · Accountability to the CBRE Service Managers, as appropriate. ( what does look like in reality ? ) · Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts.
