Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Hours: Part Time
Salary: Up to £28,000 FTE
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to handle HR, facilities, and general administrative tasks. The role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR: Onboard new staff, manage HR forms, staff events, and appraisals
2. Facilities: Conduct fire tests, coordinate safety audits, assist with IT, and arrange annual services
3. General Admin: Set up projects, manage filing, chase POs, order office supplies, and arrange site visits
4. QMS: Manage client satisfaction surveys, internal audits, and update QMS documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven office management experience
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
