We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Technician \n\nAs a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system. \n \n This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function.
They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. \n\nWhat You'll Do: \n\nConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. \n \nAssist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
\n \nReview assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. \n \nSupport energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
\n \nInspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management. \n \nUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
\n \nImpact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. \n \nDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. \n\nWhat You'll Need: \n \n Experience in: Joinery or Plumbing, Fabric works, HVAC \n \nHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. \n \nMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
\n \nAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. \n \nCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information. \n \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
