Responsibilities
French speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lichfield
Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits
Main duties:
1. Offer excellent customer service to franchisees and customers
2. Handle incoming calls, emails and text messages within a strict timescale
3. Manage and process orders using the franchisee portal
4. Maintain good working relationships with franchisees and deliver their feedback
5. Develop excellent knowledge of company products and procedures
6. Represent the company at sales meetings, conferences and industry events
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
2. Experience in customer service or admin role – Ideal
3. Also suitable for recent graduates and former teachers
4. Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner
5. IT literate (Microsoft packages ie. Excel)
