The General Manager, Operations is responsible for leading a team of field service engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of on-site support and technical assistance for fire alarm systems. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Package
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Oversee the planning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize service disruptions.

Manage and coordinate engineer schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and mentorship to develop the technical and professional skills of the field service team.
