I’m currently recruiting for a Residential Children’s Manager/Registered Manager role that I believe aligns well with your skills and background.
This position involves leading a team in a residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people. You would oversee personalized care plans, maintain compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted standards, and work closely with families and external professionals to create a positive environment for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
* Leading a care team and ensuring the home meets regulatory standards
* Developing care plans and safeguarding practices
