Job Title: Tutor with SEN experience

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
* Monitor and assess student performance to track improvement
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and effective learning environments
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different SEN conditions and their impact on learning
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
* Knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and resources for SEN students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
* Experience working in a school setting
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
