Roles and Responsibilities
As a Room Leader you will be involved in:
* Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
* Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
* Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
* Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
* Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.

Full time - 40 hours over 4 days - 7.30am to 6pm
*The nursery is open all year round and is not able to offer term-time only positions.
Salary
£2000 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply)
Team Room Leader - £30,467
Deputy Team Leader - £28,946
Qualifications
Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 1 year working at early years level 3 or above.
