Location: Cannock
Hours Per Week: 40 hours, Mon-Fri
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out general labouring duties
• Carry out planned and reactive works as required within the agreed times and to the highest
standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
• Working either as part of the project team or reactive maintenance teams completing small
maintenance tasks under the instruction of a local site supervisor/Helpdesk without local
supervision
• Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as
scheduled
• Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings,
replacing lamps, installation of containment & cable, replacing sanitary ware etc.
• Management & replenishment of local site stock
• Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
• Sites Waste Management
• Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working
practices are adhered.
• Cutting & coring of access holes
• Patching & Painting
• Fire Stopping
• Overall site welfare duties
• Will be comfortable working at height

About You
Desirable Criteria
1. Current full UK drivers licence
2. Having previously engaged with Employment & Skills
3. Knowledge of the Trade/Building industry
4. Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
5. Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
