Hours - Monday - Friday 9-6.00pm. Every 2nd Saturday 9-3.00pm\n\nSalary up to £32k+ bonus depending on experience.\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs on a range of vehicles — including hybrid and electric vehicles (if certified).\n\nRole Overview:\nAs an Experienced Car Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.
This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across various vehicle makes and models.\n\n * Perform routine servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.\n\n * Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\n\n * Troubleshoot and repair hybrid and electric vehicle systems (if certified).\n\n * Clearly explain repair needs and work carried out to customers, ensuring excellent service.\n\n * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Minimum 2 years of experience working as a vehicle mechanic.\n\n * Relevant mechanical qualification is advantageous but not essential.\n\n * Hybrid and EV Certification is highly desirable — however, training can be provided for the right candidate.\n\n * Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.\n\n * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.\n\n * A valid driving license is essential.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Opportunities for further training and professional development, including hybrid/EV certification.\n\n * A supportive, friendly, and collaborative working environment.\n\n * Modern, well-equipped workshop facilities with the latest tools and technology.\n\nIf you are an experienced mechanic with a genuine passion for vehicles and delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you
