Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, and US. Key Activities:
* Oversee all administration associated with the running of an auction as well as performing other routine administrative tasks.
* Provide a high level of customer service to both Buyers and Sellers.
* Process Contracts to Auction in keeping with company deadlines.
* Stock Input and Data Entry.
* Assist with Auction Credit Control
* Organise all auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
* Liaise with yard staff to ensure all items are received to stock.
The Person:
We're on the lookout for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and be capable of taking control of all administration involved in running an auction. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same.
* Christmas Shutdown.
The Requirements
* Minimum 1 year administration experience in a busy office environment.
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C grade or equivalent including English and Maths.
* Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
* Legal right to work in the UK with a valid Passport.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
* Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
* Second language.
