Duties:
* Job Costing & Quoting: Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients.
* Coordination with International Partners: Communicate with overseas offices and partners.
* Job Management: Set up and manage job files on the internal system.
* Logistics Coordination: Organize and arrange collections and deliveries.
* Customs Procedures: Liaise with customers for clearance instructions and complete customs clearances.
* Client Communication: Keep customers updated throughout the process.
* Invoicing & Payments: Manage costing, invoicing, and payment arrangements.
* Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
* Customer Service: Deliver top-quality customer service throughout the process.
Requirements:
Only candidates with UK Freight Forwarding experience will be considered. This role is open to professionals experienced in Air, Ocean, or Road Freight, dealing with both Imports and Exports.
